Two-stage plunger lift system ideal for low-volume wells with long shut-in times
The new Two-Stage Plunger Lift System has been designed to help customers increase and optimize production in oil and gas wells that have marginal flow characteristics.

The system utilizes two plungers, one below the two-stage tool and one above, to create a mechanical interface between the produced liquids and gas, eliminating fallback and improving lifting efficiency and product flow. This two-stage system also uses a Pressure Relief Standing Valve that uses the energy created by tubing and casing pressures at the surface of the well to reduce fluid column height and liquid fallback. The Two-Stage Plunger Lift System is ideal for low-volume wells with long shut-in times, wells where the lift gas is not adequate to optimize plunger arrivals, slim-hole completions, wells that use packers, mature wells where conventional plunger-lift systems are no longer effective, and wells with low gas-liquid ratios.
