With an internal memory of 8 MB, TruBlue 555 Level transducer is capable of storing up to 550,000 level and temperature measurements. Its internal 3.6 V lithium battery, with on-board surge protection, has a lifespan of five years based on 4 readings/hour making the transducer ideal for remote environmental data collection and process monitoring. In addition, the new unit provides an accuracy of +0.1% FS total error band which includes changes in temperature within the compensated temperature range. The transducer has an RS-485 electrical interface.
The TruBlue 555 Level transducer is shipped with TruWare, Pressure Systems’ user-friendly software created specifically for the TruBlue line. Users are able to graph and export data using this new software and easily manage their data. The software is available for both PC and mobile applications.
The TruBlue 555 Level transducer sampling modes include linear, linear averaging and event, with programmable sampling rates of up to five readings per second.
Pressure Systems, manufacturer of KPSI level and pressure transducers, has announced that three of its most popular KPSI transducer models are now built and ready to ship in just two days, significantly reducing facility downtime associated with a transducer’s failure. Included in the two-day service are the highly reliable, hydrostatic, submersible 700, 705 and 750 models, used widely throughout the water and wastewater level measurement industries for applications with conditions from general purpose to harsh and adverse.
Series 300 small-bore, submersible level transducers now offer lightning protection for increased reliability. The Series 300 features protection against fast rising voltage transients with the use of two surge protection components. The Series 300 is specifically designed for small-bore applications to meet the rigorous environments encountered in a variety of water level measurements. Featuring a highly accurate pressure sensor assembly and optional chemical-resistant ETFE cable jacket, the Series 300 can stand up to the harshest environments that contain hostile fluids and gases.
Pressure Systems, manufacturer of KPSI level and pressure transducers, now offers its waterMONITOR datalogging level transducer with an optional ETFE (Ethylene Tetrafluororethylene) jacketed cable for increased durability and corrosion resistance in liquid level monitoring applications. ETFE is a fluoropolymer with excellent tensile strength and chemical resistance. This enables the waterMONITOR to excel in liquid level applications by eliminating concerns of cross-contamination or cable damage. This includes a wide variety of other liquid level applications, such as portable ground and surface water, open channel level measurement, down hole, well, lake, stream and reservoir level monitoring and watershed management.
