The first DryVac Services dewatering unit was recently installed in Peace River, Alberta. The mobile unit uses the DryVac Services latest through-port, two-metre process and is classified as a three-cubic-metre total chamber unit that can hold over one ton of solids. What makes the DryVac Services unit unique is its ability to return production water and oils for reuse that were bound up on the solids. The amount of reclaimed production water can vary from a few thousand gallons to 10,000 gallons per cycle. The Dry Vac Services unit not only reclaims the water and oil from drilling muds and production sands, but accomplishes this with zero air emissions.
