Web-based software improves pipeline survey speed and quality

American Innovations is pleased to announce Survey Manager, the first product in the company's new Concentric product line, is now available for purchase. The goal of Concentric products is to use cloud and mobile technology to help pipeline personnel collaborate on survey data and get more accurate insights, faster. Survey Manager does this by allowing surveyors and their supervisors or clients to collaborate on data in real-time, using a rich dashboard that can display survey data on a map, in a grid or on a chart. Users can view these three data displays simultaneously, allowing them to better visualize and analyze their survey results.

Remotely-connected monitors keep an eye on compressors

The Bullhorn RM3011 is designed specifically for remote monitoring of compressors. The device features robust satellite communication and reads alarm codes, RPMs and runtime via Modbus from most commonly used annunciators, including Murphy and Altronic. The RM3011 also provides a general purpose digital input for add-ons such as oil pressure switches.

Software provides risk management options

American Innovations, a leading provider of industry-proven products and services for the oil & gas industry, is pleased to announce the latest versions of the Risk Intelligence Platform (RIPL) and System Analyzer software.   Significant performance and feature enhancements make it easier than ever for pipeline operators to organize large volumes of disparate data and generate the reports and analysis needed for informed and verifiable risk management decisions.

PIG tracking with greater ease

American Innovations announces the release of the Pipeline PIG Tracking application for the Bullhorn Asset Tracker (BAT) website.  BAT is American Innovations’ powerful web-based asset management interface for the Bullhorn Remote Monitoring System.   PIG (Pipeline Inspection Gauge) Tracking gives Bullhorn APM4AM-SAT users the ability to track a PIG's progress through a pipeline system with remote monitoring devices at pre-determined points.  This allows users to track a PIG in the pipeline as it passes each Bullhorn unit.  Users can visualize the PIG moving through the pipeline in "real time" on a map integrated into BAT.

Remote monitoring device

The next generation Bullhorn ICP remote monitoring device, “the ICP+” is a wireless remote monitoring device that enables equipment monitoring and control worldwide. The patented ICP device was designed specifically for cathodic protection (CP) applications. The ICP+ has a number of important new features for CP monitoring including built-in outage detection and interruption verification. A MicroMax GPS80 current interrupter can be added to the device to allow the collection of IR-free cathodic protection reads; the GPS80 can be added either at the factory or as a field upgrade.

WIRELESS REMOTE MONITOR

American Innovations is now offering a new addition to the APM4AM family of Bullhorn wireless remote monitoring products: the APM4AMCP-ORB. Designed for the corrosion professional, this six channel device is ideal for monitoring cathodic protection rectifiers, test points and critical bonds. Because the device uses the Orbcomm LEOS (low earth orbit) satellite network for communication, you can monitor your equipment no matter where it is located ... anywhere oil and gas are found, produced and transported. American Innovations holds a patent covering the use of low earth orbit satellites for remote monitoring of cathodic protection systems.
