Stork Consortium awarded 4-year turnaround framework agreement by Ecopetrol in Colombia

Fluor Corporation announced that Stork, part of Fluor's Diversified Services segment, together with its consortium partners, was awarded a 4-year framework agreement for plant turnaround services by Ecopetrol S.A. for its Barrancabermeja and Cartagena refineries in Colombia. The Colombia-based consortium includes Stork as the international lead partner, Rampint as the local partner in Barrancabermeja and Servimant as the local partner in Cartagena. The agreement also includes two extension options for an additional two years each. Both refineries supply fuel to meet Colombia's national and export product needs. Fluor booked the undisclosed contract value in the second quarter of 2019. 

Fluor successfully completes EPC work on Sasol petrochemical complex

Fluor Corporation announced that its joint venture with TechnipFMC has successfully completed its engineering, procurement and construction management services scope of work on Sasol's world-scale petrochemical complex in Westlake, Louisiana. The joint venture will continue to provide assistance to the Sasol team with remaining activities by working with Sasol in parallel on transition plans for each unit and system. The joint venture team will also assist in performance testing for the complex.

Fluor joint venture to design and build LNG Canada project

Fluor Corporation announced that LNG Canada has made the final investment decision to build its liquefied natural gas (LNG) export facility in Kitimat, British Columbia, Canada. Fluor's joint venture with JGC Corporation will provide the engineering, procurement, fabrication and construction on the project. Fluor will book its $8.4 billion share of the about $14 billion contract value in the fourth quarter of 2018.

Fluor Awarded Contract for Marathon Petroleum’s STAR Program at Galveston Bay Refinery

Fluor Corporation has announced that it was selected by a division of Marathon Petroleum Corporation (MPC) to execute the engineering and procurement scope for MPC's South Texas Asset Repositioning (STAR) program at its Galveston Bay refinery in Texas City, Texas. Fluor booked the undisclosed contract value into backlog in the first quarter of 2018. 

Fluor marks 20 years of work with Irving Oil

Fluor Corporation recently celebrated 20 years of providing engineering, procurement and construction support services for Irving Oil Ltd. Since 1997, Fluor has supported projects ranging from sustaining capital to major growth projects at Irving Oil's refinery and marine terminal in Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada.

Fluor takes on construction-related support for Woodfibre

Fluor Corporation announced today that it has signed an agreement with JGC America, Inc. (JGC) to provide construction-related support to the front-end engineering and design (FEED) services for the Woodfibre Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) project in the District of Squamish near Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Fluor booked the undisclosed contract value in the fourth quarter of 2016.
