The Corporation is the result of a merger between Acutrol, Inc. and Triac Controls Inc., in 1997. Currently, A-T Controls operates out of one facility, in Cincinnati, with several Sales Offices in North America. Our Products are sold and serviced through a network of Distributors and Manufactures Representatives, which cover all of The U.S. , Canada, with parts of Central and South America.

STAINLESS BALL VALVE/ ACTUATOR PACKAGES

Ideal for oil field, refinery, chemical processing, and other corrosive and caustic environments, the F91 stainless steel flanged ball valves feature rugged construction, solid unibody and patented pyramidal stem packing, while regular-port design minimizes cost and reduces operating torque. To save installation time and work, the F91 valves feature patented direct-mount actuator pad and can be ordered pre-assembled from A-T Controls with robust, weather-proof WE electric actuator. The ANSI-class 150 valves are available in sizes from 0.5 inch to six inches. They comply with the NACE MRO175 standard for corrosion resistance, and are certified to API 607-4th edition. The investment-cast, one-piece body can be 316SS or WCB with a stainless steel ball and blowout proof stem as standard. A fully machined bore ensures smooth fl ow and clog resistance.

New fire-safe TRIAC F91 stainless steel flanged ball valves use a regular-port design to minimize cost and reduce operating torque, while offering rugged construction with a solid unibody and patented pyramidal stem packing. Ideal for oil field oil field and petrochem applications, the ANSI-class 150 valves are fire-safe, comply with the NACE MRO175 standard for corrosion resistance, and are certified to API 607-4th edition. The live-loaded pyramidal stem packing system features a patented 45 degree primary seal with Belleville washers and chevron packing, protecting against wear and stem leaks common with ordinary ball valves. A patented automation pad allows direct mounting of ISO5211-compliant actuators to eliminate the cost and fabrication of special couplings or brackets.
